Above submission contains documented evidence of IGM
practices, including “feminising” sterilising procedures, “feminising”
genital surgery and other non-consensual, harmful and unnecessary treatments
imposed on intersex women and girl athletes by sports bodies,
sports officials and hired “medical experts” and IGM practicioners, as well as
harmful gender and racial stereotypes reinforcing IGM and
discrimination of intersex women and girl athletes.
